Return and exchange

Customer shall not return any goods unless prior consent is obtained from us.  All the goods must get the RMA number before returning to our company. If you have any questions, please communicate with the after-sales service first.  All returned goods shall be returned at the customers own risk and expense and shall be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging.  The customer is responsible for returning the goods to us and providing proof of delivery for such return.  Appropriate precautions must be taken for goods classified as "electrostatic sensitive".  

All goods accepted for return should be returned to us within 10 days of delivery.  

We reserve the right to charge, at our discretion, a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice value of any item returned as "unwanted" or "misordered" (a minimum fee of RMB100).  

We expressly reserve the right to refuse to cancel or return the following goods  

1. The products are not sold and shipped by our company;  

2. The original package and label of the product are damaged or missing;  

3. If the delivery time is more than one week, the delivery date shall prevail;  

4. Lost issued invoices;  

5. The product has been used by customers, except for inherent defects;  

6. Product quality problem including but not limited to, accident, abuse, unreasonable use, misuse, power problem, not according to the instructions to use and/or stored and/or installation of the product, make the preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, fires, floods, war, violence, or any similar events;  Commissioning, repairing or supporting, processing or reselling of products by persons other than our personnel or authorized by us, and problems caused by the use of parts not supplied by us.  

If we receive any products that are not sold or shipped by them, we will immediately inspect, dispose of and destroy them.  For products returned to us by the Customer, the Customer certifies that the returned products were purchased from us and have not been replaced in whole or in part with identical or similar products from other manufacturers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or other channels of the same or similar products.  

 

Refund policy  

The refund application initiated by our company due to the return of goods, etc., can be returned according to the original payment method of the user.  

When applying for refund, if it is inconsistent with the original payment account number, the enterprise user shall submit the original certification document with official seal, which will be handled after it meets the requirements after examination.  

 

Goods return and exchange process  

 

1. Within 15 days of shipment, you can contact our online customer service to feedback your product problems.  You can also choose the personal center under our website -- Customer Service -- Return or exchange "or" Transaction Management -- My Order -- Completed Order "to initiate a return or exchange application, select the corresponding return or exchange reason and the required treatment method, if you do not understand, you can call and submit.  

2. Customer service personnel will contact you to confirm the problem after receiving the return or replacement application.  

3. After confirmation, the customer service staff will approve the application for return or replacement and provide the RMA number. Meanwhile, the system will send an email to your registered mailbox on the website to inform you of the details of return or replacement.  

4. After obtaining the RMA number, you need to send the goods to the designated address as soon as possible.  

5. After receiving the returned goods and acceptance, our company will arrange corresponding refund or re-delivery.
