Merged with ELNA ELECTONICS CO., LTD.

TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD. became the largest shareholder in the company

Entered into a capital and business alliance with NANTONG JIANGHAI CAPACITOR CO., LTD.

Established ELNA PRINTED CIRCUITS CO., LTD. by company split from ELNA CO., LTD. and ELNA TOHOKU CO., LTD.

ELNA PRINTED CIRCUITS CO., LTD. became a subsidiary of Global Brands Manufacture Limited

ELNA CO., LTD. entered into a new capital and business alliance with TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD. ELNA became a subsidiary of TAIYO YUDEN.

2019 January

ELNA CO., LTD became a wholly owned subsidiary of TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD due to the execution of the share exchange. Accordingly, ELNA CO., LTD was delisted from the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
