About Galaxy Wire & Cable
Galaxy Wire & Cable manufacturing facility. Galaxy Wire & Cable, Inc. is a leading cable and wire manufacturer and supplier, and a certified woman-owned business/women’s business enterprise (WBENC). Started in 1995 by industry expert Kathy Stussy, Galaxy has built a strong reputation as a customer service-oriented leader in cable and wire manufacturing and a reliable supplier to a variety of industries.
History of Galaxy Wire & Cable
Galaxy Wire & Cable is a woman-owned company that began in 1995 as a result of Kathy Stussy’s already successful career in the wire and cable industry. In her career working at various cable houses, Kathy realized very early on that there was a need in the industry for a supplier that could provide custom wire and cable products and hard to find items with quick deliveries and low minimum quantities. With this idea in mind, Kathy started Galaxy Wire & Cable, Inc.
In 2003 Galaxy began its Assembly Division. It started by manufacturing assemblies for only one of its customers. After one year of manufacturing, Galaxy had not only exceeded its customer’s expectations, it exceeded its goals. After that first year Galaxy began to market their wire harness and cable manufacturing abilities. Galaxy’s wire and cable manufacturing capabilities have grown ever since.
