PENN-UNION CORP.’s production facility and office complex is situated in Edinboro, Pennsylvania (located 20 miles south of Erie, Pennsylvania).  This site contains their non-ferrous green sand foundry, as well as their machine shop, design/engineering department, and test laboratory. 
Capabilities include non-ferrous castings, cold forging, pattern building, complete machine shop, press forming, automated and manual assembly, fabrication and finishing.  For prototype and production requirements, fully equipped test laboratory assures prompt verification of new designs and repeated product performance and improvements.
PENN-UNION CORP.’s  Assembly/Distribution Center, also in Edinboro, Pennsylvania, handles domestic and international product distribution direct to their customers and to strategic regional U.S. stocking locations.

Quality Statement
The quality of PENN-UNION CORP.’s products and services lies in ISO 9001:2008 registration which has been in place since 1996, and a management strategy of continuous improvement.  The registration ensures that the documentation and implementation of their Quality System is in compliance with the international quality standards as specified by the International Standards Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. The standards cover every aspect of operations that affect product and service quality.  Their employees are trained to use their quality system and all are committed to its continuous improvement.
The Erie, PA community is a nationally recognized leader in the Total Quality Movement.  Its goal is to become a Total Quality Community. It is involved in an ongoing process to encourage, recognize and reward quality.  The Erie Excellence Council, in conjunction with the Erie Chamber of Commerce, has fashioned a Total Quality Award patterned after the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award. Penn-Union achieved the highest rating and was honored with the Erie Quality Award “Highest Achievement Award”.
Customers such as Cooper Industries, General Electric, Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley and Siemens have recognized Penn-Union’s history of providing quality products and services over the years.

Environmental Policy
PENN-UNION CORP. is committed to the protection and preservation of the environment.  It is their intent to be recognized by their customers, employees, community, ownership, and stockholders as a responsible business committed to continual improvement in environmental management in their business activities. To this end They shall:
Establish Objectives and Targets that consider environmental aspects as an integral part of their business decision-making process.
Strive to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, Penn-Union Corp. standards and other requirements to which they subscribe.
Develop employee knowledge and understanding of Environmental issues related to job functions.
Promote conservation of resources in design, manufacture and use of their products by reusing, recycling and adopting processes that conserve the use of raw materials, energy and water.
Promote pollution prevention by striving to reduce the generation of waste from existing and future operations.
Communicate the Environmental Policy to all employees and make it available to the public.
