Over their 30 years of producing and distributing small transformers to engineers all over the country, they have become a part of many associations.  

They are proud to be considered one of the leading transformer manufacturers and distributors of German-based company, Spitznagel GmbH.

SPITZNAGEL GMBH was founded in 1965 and in 1970, was the first company to offer an off-the-shelf line of encapsulated transformers with an extensive inventory to provide expedited service to engineers. 

Advanced Components Industries, Inc. was started as a sales office in the US in 1984 to further the expansion of SPITZNAGEL GMBH and has been operating independently. All parts carry UL and VDE listings and they have supported their customers in the approval process of custom parts. Irma Bont, the leader of Advanced Components has worked in the field for over 30 years. Her experience with this highly specific technology started while working for SPITZNAGEL GMBH in Germany.
